My client has two positions for an Employment Solicitor, FILEX or experienced Paralegal with 2 years' + experience of handling an employment tribunal litigation caseload. The successful candidates will join the firm's Employment team based in Surrey.
Duties
The work will involve acting for both employers and employees in claims that will include unfair dismissal, breach of contract, unlawful deduction from wages and a full range of discrimination claims.

The ideal candidate will be somebody already employed in an employment consultancy business, legal practice or employer/employee representative organisation and who has two years' experience of handling an employment tribunal litigation caseload. Experience of handling discrimination claims would be a distinct advantage.
Education
No minimum level required as long as has the skills needed to do the job.
