JOB TITLE: Audit and Compliance Manager
LOCATION: Newport, South Wales
RESPONSIBLE TO: Managing Partner
SALARY: to £25k
OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB:
To co-ordinate internal and external audits. To assimilate all weakness and strengths which will then be fed back to the Managing Partner and the Management Board. To act on audit results and to assist in improving performance by following through results into training and by personal feedback to the team supervisors and teams. To ensure that there is compliance across the practice with all clients SLA’s and firms Performance KPI’s. YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE AND PERSONAL INJURY/INSURANCE PRACTICE.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage the audit and compliance of the business
• Represent the firm in the client audit process
• Managing the relationships and performance of all external providers/business partners in association with audit
• Manage the output and facilitate the results of the audit and targets of the practice
• Budgeting and financial management
• Management Information reporting
• Identify training needs through audit and analysis
• Work with Learning & Development Coordinator to manage the design and delivery of individual, team and practice-wide programmes, in order to meet training needs identified as a result of audits.
