Senior Employment Solicitor

£35,000 - £50,000 (Dependent on Experience)
My client is a Welsh law firm that provides commercial legal services to corporate, public sector and individual clients. The practice is Chambers rated and is well known for its experience and expertise in litigation, property, commercial and private client work.
They are currently seeking a senior employment lawyer to join their busy employment department. The successful applicant could be either an experienced assistant or associate level solicitor, but my client is also open to the idea of making a partner level appointment.
You should have a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law experience, as well as being capable of conducting your own advocacy. Due to the senior nature of the role you should also be capable of providing mentoring and support to junior members of staff in conjunction with running your own busy caseload. Experience of business development is important, and a client following would be highly desirable, though is not essential.
