My client is looking for an ambitious and dynmamic TMT lawyer to join its Chambers and Legal 500 rated practice. The current team sits within the commercial services department, which consists of 31 lawyers, all involved in undertaking work in the TMT practice, with 2 partners and 13 lawyers dedicated solely to TMT matters.
The practice undertakes all aspects of TMT transactions including outsourcings, joint ventures, strategic alliances and other complex corporate and commercial work acting for a variety of large corporations, financial institutions and government bodies, including many household names such as Thomson Reuters; FirstGroup; The Ministry of Defence; Nomura International; Orange; Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew; BAE Systems; General Healthcare Group and Coca-Cola HBC.
The successful applicant will need a good academic record acquired from a top university, coupled with evidence of good quality training, including non-contentious TMT experience gained at one of the UK's leading law firms, or specialist practice.
