As a result of continued growth, they are looking for enthusiastic litigators and pre-litigation staff. A rare opportunity to look after your own large caseload dealing with 1000s of new cases every month and see actions through from inception to completion in this this fast-paced, deadline driven role offers a steep learning curve in the law.
Helping to recover losses made as a result of road traffic accidents, you’ll learn how to fully exploit the RTA litigation process, issuing County Court proceedings where necessary and courteously, cost effectively and cleverly minimising the impact and maximising the benefits for each of the firm's clients. They use sophisticated case handling systems and a high quality bespoke service to their legal expense insurer clients to ensure that quality is delivered at all times.
Effectively taking on a solicitor’s role in a specialist area of the law, you’ll need to be a resourceful time manager, unfazed by tight deadlines and challenging briefs, and be prepared to take on a high percentage of court work. With a high level of professionalism and service at all times, you’ll make sure everyone involved in a case is kept informed at every step of the way. You’ll also need to keep abreast of changes in regulatory requirements (e.g. Road Traffic Act, Civil Procedure rules, Law Society regulations and insurance practice), so the firm is always on its toes when it comes to procedure and process being used to their full advantage.
