LAW COSTS DRAFTSMAN/NEGOTIATOR
READING, BERKSHIRE
SALARY TO £65,000 (Dependant on Experience)
My client is a regional heavyweight with Legal 500 and Chambers rating across all practice areas. They are currently seeking an experienced law costs draftsman and negotiator to join their busy and expanding practice. The current team consists of:
• 2 x Partners
• 1 x Associate
• 5 x Solicitors
• 1 x Paralegal
• 1 x Litigation Support Advisor
• 4 x Secretaries
The successful applicant must have experience of the following:
• Drafting bills of costs of all descriptions
• Drafting points of dispute / replies
• Managing own case load
• Negotiating settlement of costs claims
• You will preferably be a member of the Association of Law Cost Draftsmen.
